User — access is determined per campaign. Assign their role (Editor, Group Viewer, Dashboard Viewer) and groups in the Campaigns tab.

Enter the user's Google email. When they first sign in, their role will be applied automatically. You can also assign groups now or change them later.
After adding a user, go to the Campaigns tab to assign their role (Editor, Group Viewer, etc.) per campaign.
